-Items bought on Sale or discounted prices
The purchaser shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify Crown Vapes within 24 hours of receipt of the goods if any goods are damaged and items not received. Please do not open any goods without checking them to be correct first. Please contact us via email or whatsapp immediately
Goods in transit from the purchaser to CROWN VAPES remains the client’s responsibility until signed for in store. All goods returned must contain all relevant parts along with original order number and or proof of purchase. We do not collect at Post offices. Goods must be sent to our store
Should goods be found to have been damaged due to user negligence, costs of transportation back to the purchaser is at the purchaser’s expense.
CROWN VAPES abides by the Suppliers warranty and no warranty claim will be processed if the purchaser has misused the product or not abided by the instruction laid out by the manufacturer.
CROWN VAPES offers a 14 day warranty on manufacturing faults on Mods and Kits only from the date of purchase. CROWN VAPES will investigate whether the goods are faulty due to manufacturer faults or user negligence. Should the goods be faulty due to user negligence, no returns or exchanges will be valid and your Warranty will be void.
Should your Atomiser be faulty, you have 48 hours to notify us of the issue.
